INOV8 INTERNATIONAL, INC. - Waste Oil Burning Furnaces

Rebecca has been with INOV8 since 1991 and president of INOV8 International since 1996. Rebecca relied on her background in small business management and finance to guide the company through the early years.

With over twelve years experience in the waste oil equipment manufacturing industry she is more optimistic than ever. Rising fuel costs and environmental concerns continue to produce opportunities for the waste oil burning industry. Rebecca believes the INOV8 products offer THE perfect solution.

Mr. Foust is the founder of INOV8, the inventor and patent holder of the waste oil burner and is currently responsible for product development. Harry has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Foust holds thirteen U.S. patents mostly in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and has expertise in the areas of heat transfer, cryogenics, refrigeration, alternate energy sources, combustion engineering, industrial air conditioning and gas turbines.

In 1990, Harry was asked to troubleshoot a competitor's furnace. During that process he discovered the secret to successful combustion of waste oil and was later awarded two patents. Harry is excited about the opportunities to further utilize his burner in new ways. In 2000, INOV8 introduced two new Foust products - a waste oil fired evaporator and a new configuration for a furnace that has vertical heat exchanger surfaces to eliminate fatigue on cabinets and for longer time between cleaning.

Matt Fisher
Matt joined the department in January 2006, bringing to INOV8 experience that helped launch our new product line selling hot water systems to the hospitality industry. Matt’s background with the military and in restaurant management lends to his working with and supporting our distribution network and coordinating their training. In his spare time Matt enjoys outdoor activities with his two young daughters.

George A. Baldwin

George joined the Inov8 sales department in December of 2007, bringing extensive sales and sales management experiences. Conservation and environmental responsibility have played an important role in George's life, which will lend to his ability in building and supporting Invo8's customer base. A native to the Midwest, he enjoys time away with his wife and three children. Some of George's favorite pass-times include chess and creating music on his piano.

As our head of technical support, Rick Nelson has been largely responsible for building INOV8's reputation of superior customer service. Rick wrote the service manuals for INOV8 products. utilizing his uncompromising standards and thorough understanding of our equipment so customers can save money while performing their own maintenance and repair. He has an extensive technical background in computer design, repair and programming at IBM and the Trane Company. This experience greatly contributes to his understanding of the controls on all the INOV8 products.
