Waste Oil Unit Furnaces

Patented Waste Oil Burners

INOV8's burners range in size from 100,000 BTU/H to 1.2 Million BTU/H. The patented design provides unequaled safety, reliability and the cleanest emissions in the industry. This is accomplished by the unique preheating system that circulates the oil around the heater at a very high velocity. That allows the oil to be heated to a higher temperature and is then run through the second filter. The vapor eliminator combined with the needle that penetrates the nozzle opening upon every shutdown also contribute to complete combustion resulting in clean burning.

Waste Oil Fueled Evaporators

Eliminate wastewater disposal costs along with your waste oils. Evaporators are used to separate liquids having different specific gravities, to remove water from solutions to concentrate the remaining components for reduction of disposal costs, and to remove moisture and precipitate out of solids. Evaporators come in four sizes: Model EV1015 evaporating 10-15GPH, EV2030 evaporating 20-30GPH, EV4045 evaporating 40-45GPH and model EV5060 evaporating up to 60GPH. The ultrasonic fluid level controls provide reliable and safe operations.

Sustainable Fuels - Vegetable Oil Heat

The desire to reduce the dependency on fossil fuels and the ability to use readily available products such as vegetable oil have been the driving factors for Inov8's expanded product offering. Inov8 has a genuine desire to offer products of exceptional value that will allow people a real choice when it comes to purchasing fuel for their residence and businesses. Currently we are offering five boiler sizes ranging from 107,000 to 300,000 BTU/HR in addition to the used oil furnaces listed above.
